Aaron is a visiting medical student from Yale University. He is investigating the transcriptional control of endothelial cell specific gene expression. His project entails the application of deep sequencing approaches to map epigenetic modifications in artery and vein restricted genes.
Aaron's work is supported through a fellowship he received from the Sarnoff Foundation, which allows medical students to spend a year in a research lab focused on cardiovascular biology.
