John Moore

John started out as a research technician in the Lawson Lab after graduating from Clark Univeristy in 2005. He subsequently entered the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences here at UMass Medical School. John's project focuses on the transcriptional control of arterial endothelial differentiation. In particular, he is trying to identify Notch target genes within developing blood vessels in the zebrafish embryo.

In 2008, John was awarded an American Heart Association pre-doctoral fellowship in support of his project.
